Project management is not only to plan the project with respect to purpose, results, activities, time plan, necessary resources, but also to continuously monitor the project and make necessary decisions. Front End has experience from project management within the following areas: • Business Process Development • Enterprise Architecture • Software Development • Method Development Front End uses ”Project Definitions” and ”Project Reports” together with internationally established methods to secure professional project management, but can of course also use the customers project management methods. |
